overweight men that go for bike rides in the rain, wearing tight beige cycling shorts... PLEASE, for the sake of my eyes & those of my children, WEAR UNDERWEAR!

me: thinking oh lord maybe if i ignore that comment it will be ok, meanwhile i'm flumbling as fast as i can to shut the window!!

flynn (as loud as he can): MOM ~ IS THAT A MAN OR A LADY??

oscar (4): but he looks like a lady

flynn: but mom... that man's hair looks really funny!

me: well that's how he likes it & it's not polite to say it looks funny

you know those images that get sent round when someone has driven off before they have taken the nozzle out? they must have kids in the car!!
